How does the concierge service work?
Book online and choose the NYC location. Sofia then comes to you at a location that suits you within Manhattan, so there is no clinic to travel to.
Do I need a consultation first?
For new patients, yes. A consultation lets Sofia assess your anatomy and goals before recommending anything, and sometimes the honest answer is to do less. Consultations are also available by telehealth. Returning patients can book treatments directly.
Is every treatment available by concierge?
Most are. Laser hair removal is offered at our Brooklyn and Long Island locations, and spider vein treatment at Long Island only.
Who performs the treatments?
Sofia Gadelov, FNP-BC, performs every concierge treatment herself.
