Yooth Wellness is a medical aesthetics and wellness practice operated by Sofia Gadelov, FNP-BC, serving clients in New York and Florida.
Who may use this site
This website is intended for adults aged 18 and over. By using it, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from children through this site. If you are under 18, please do not use the site or submit information through it.
This website is not medical advice
The information on this site is provided for general educational purposes only. It describes the kinds of treatments we offer and how we approach care. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare provider who has assessed you personally.
Nothing on this site should be used to diagnose a condition, to decide on a treatment, or to delay or disregard advice you have received from a healthcare professional.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department. Do not use this website, the contact form, text messages, or email to report an emergency.
Using this site does not make you a patient
Reading this site, submitting the contact form, or emailing us does not create a provider-patient relationship between you and Sofia Gadelov or Yooth Wellness.
That relationship begins only when you have attended a consultation, we have assessed you, and we have agreed to provide care. Until that point we cannot answer questions about your individual health, and you should not send us clinical information.
Where we provide care
Sofia Gadelov, FNP-BC is licensed in New York and Florida, and we provide care only in those states. Nothing on this site is an offer to provide care, to prescribe, or to establish a provider-patient relationship in any state or country where we are not licensed to practice.
We make this site available generally, but the treatments described on it are offered only where we are licensed. If you contact us from somewhere else, we may not be able to help you, and we will tell you plainly if that is the case.
Results vary
Every treatment described on this site depends on your individual anatomy, skin, health history, and goals. Outcomes differ from person to person, and no result is guaranteed.
Any description of what a treatment typically achieves, how long it usually lasts, or how quickly it generally works reflects common experience and is not a promise about your result. Some people are not suitable candidates for a given treatment. Sofia will tell you honestly if that applies to you, and sometimes the recommendation will be to do less or nothing at all.
All treatments carry risks. These will be explained to you, and you will have the opportunity to ask questions, before you consent to anything.
Booking appointments
Appointments are booked through Jane, our scheduling system, at yooth.janeapp.com. Your use of that system is also subject to Jane's own terms and privacy practices.
Booking a time is a request to be seen. We may need to contact you to confirm, to reschedule, or to tell you that a treatment is not appropriate before your visit.
Our cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, and missed-appointment policies are provided to you when you book and at the time of your appointment.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number, you agree that we may contact you by text about your appointments and your care, including confirmations, reminders, and scheduling changes. Automated appointment messages are sent through Jane, our scheduling system. We may also text you directly from a practice mobile number, and you can text us back. Those direct messages are ordinary text messages sent over standard mobile networks.
Message frequency varies and depends on your appointments. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan and carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
For automated appointment messages, reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. For direct messages from us, simply tell us you would like the texting to stop, by text, by phone, or by email. However you ask, and whichever number you ask on, we will honor it for both. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of receiving care, and opting out will not affect your treatment or your ability to book.
Text messaging is not a secure or encrypted channel. We keep texting to scheduling and practical matters wherever possible, and if something clinical needs discussing in detail we will move that conversation to your appointment or to a secure method. Please do not use text for anything urgent. For a medical emergency, call 911.

Pricing
Where prices are quoted to you, they are quoted for the treatment discussed at your consultation and may change. A price given for one treatment plan does not apply to a different plan, and quotes are not held open indefinitely.
Services provided by third parties, including full-body MRI screening, are paid to that provider directly and on their terms.
Content on this site belongs to us
The text, photographs, graphics, layout, and design of this site are owned by Yooth Wellness or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. "Yooth Wellness" and our logo are our marks.
You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, sell, or use our content or marks for any other purpose without our written permission.
Brand names of products and services mentioned on this site, including Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Juvéderm, Restylane, Radiesse, Sculptra, Kybella, and Prenuvo, are the trademarks of their respective owners. We reference them to describe the treatments we provide. We claim no ownership of them, and mention of a product does not imply that its manufacturer endorses us.
Photographs on this site
Any before-and-after or clinical images that appear on this site are published with the written consent of the person shown. They illustrate individual results for that person and should not be taken as an indication of what your result will be.
How you may use the site
Please do not:

- submit false information, or impersonate another person
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems
- interfere with the site's operation, security, or availability

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yooth Wellness and Sofia Gadelov from any claim, loss, or expense arising out of your misuse of this site or your breach of these terms.
General
Severability. If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the smallest extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will stay in full force.
No waiver. If we do not enforce a provision of these terms, that is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later. A waiver is effective only if we give it in writing.
Entire agreement. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of this website, and they replace any earlier understanding about the site. They do not replace, limit, or alter the consent forms, financial policies, or other documents you sign as a patient. Those govern your care and take precedence over these terms in any matter relating to treatment.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these terms. We may assign these terms to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of the practice, subject to the protections described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute relating to this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York.
This does not affect any right you may have to bring a complaint to a healthcare regulator in the state where you were treated.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of the page. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through this site. It forms part of these terms.
